I didn't see where you mentioned the material you were printing with. As you mentioned wall thickness and infill amount will change the way the enclosure interacts with the drivers. However, there are also different types of infill that may be better suited than what you used (or worse). Then there is the option of multi-material printing. For example, printing with a soft rubber like tpu at certain places to help dampen the cabinet and/or printing the rest of the speaker cabinet out of a carbon fiber or glass filled nylon would have a significant effect.

Distortion doesn’t matter on a subwoofer? What kind of reasoning is that. I switched my subwoofer amp from class D to class AB to class A adjustable bias AB amp and it makes a huge difference on a two channel rig. My bass and sub bass images well out on the sound stage the size of a tennis ball. 🎾

Richard Clark’s test was flawed because it was filtered sound vs filtered sound. The filter is the lowest common denominator. With a filter in the loop, it voids any comparison.

Only had mine for a couple nights coming from harmony elite, the hub or the remote itself is very slow at times with commands causing it to screw up the input settings on activities. I've restarted hub and remote several times. I would say software needs work compared to logitech but the overall feel of the remote itself is nice and I personally am fine without a touch screen as I've accidentally triggered stuff on the logitech several times just by picking it up or fumbling it

The buyer need to compare it with the smart projector,not the traditional part.Because the DLP tech. ,its product with the small size,high brightness,long life,low noise,nice image,auto image correction....BenQ,Epson and other old brand,big size,high noise,not move easily.If you want to get a projecter,need to think about what you need,and what is the scenarios you use it.I like the Dangbei DBOX02,4K,Google TV system,high brightness.No speckle.

I tried 3D side by side and top and bottom the projector was unreadable and garbly image had to turn it off and back on. I have 30 days to return might have to with the 3d's not working by then

I looked all over through your videos but am having trouble finding how to measure speakers for xsim. It would be really nice If you made a video on how to measure speakers to import into xsim. Via DATS and REW or whatever. I'm trying to build your eminence towers with the 15" Omega Pro woofers but don't have headroom to make them as tall as you designed them. Do you think If I ordered your crossover design for the towers would that work in a smaller enclosure. or is there going to be significant impedence changes because of the box design that would throw off the crossover you designed for that

Would you recommend this projector over the Hisense C1, im aware that this projector is much brighter but how are the contrast levels compared to the C1, high contrast can sometimes lead to a crisper and perceived brighter image so i find it pretty important. I ask because the original Mars Pro had dissapointing contrast numbers compared to the C1 so I just want to know if they have improved on that with this second iteration. Overall tho this is a great review and really appreciate you taking the time to color grade it with the custom preset.

I just purchased this kit, amazon had a $70 off sale + another 5% off coupon. Ordered all the parts to upgrade the X-over to Sehlin’s perfectionist option #4 plus upgrade #5 to further improve the frequency response, not sure if I'll do option #6 or not, I'll see how it sounds first with Sehlin’s perfectionist option #4 plus upgrade #5 first.

Can you put passive radiator in inverted? That way you could adjust the weight for turning.

Love the DIY for cheaper aspect as I cannot stand the thousands upon thousands of videos for home theater showing off HT equipment for upwards of $50,000. None of that is worth the price. It is all made or parts sourced from China that can be had for a fraction of the cost, but RUclipsrs love to flex with fancy crap and so do the 1%.

I am a bit inapt at various meter units are used but I’m really curious how the words relate to the sound and if a bigger space would make a difference in quality of sound. I know it’s impossible to share that unless people on our side have really good sound systems, but I enjoyed the video except I would’ve loved to hear the speakers.
